 My first company meeting in kolhapur 

When I was at my last job,we had an event meeting in kolhapur where the entire staff was supposed to go, and i was part of it too. I was sipet excited because it was the first time i was going somewhere with my colleagues. I remember thinking, "oh no, i only have formal clothes, let me buy something new". And guess what? That was also the day my salary was credited.

Usually, I don't spend on myself right after getting my salary, but this time the situation was different I needed a good trouser. So, I went shopping and found only one trouser that i liked, but it was size 32 and way too big for me. Still i have no option as it was already late, so i bought it thinking I'd got it stitched later.

The trip was in two days. The night before the journey, i slept early because we had already decided to leave at 5 AM sharp. I woke up as plnned got ready, and my brother came to drop me. It was the first time I got ready so early anf stepped out in the dark early morning. The cool breeze and the morning vibe felt amazing.

We reached the pickup point, but no one had arrived yet. I called, but no one answered. Eventually, people start comming, and our vehicle arrived. We were supposed to leave at 5 AM but ended up leaving at 6:30 AM. Many people compliment my outfit, and it felt really good to here that i was well dressed.

We were six staff members and one driver. The view along the way were beautiful I even saw the sunrise. I tried clicking a picture, but since the vehicle was moving, it didn't come out well. We sang songs on the way and had fun.

Once we reached Kolhapur, we stopped for tea and breakfast ahd freshened up. Then we continued towards the city. I was getting little nervous since this was my first meeting and I had to represent our company.

We entered the hall where the event was being held. Staff and manager from many companies had arrived definitely more than 100 people. After freshening up, the event started. We sat in the hall and eventually, one by one, everyone started representing their company.

When my turn came, I stand up and represented our company. I don't know how i did it, but i gave it my best, and everyone clapped for me. That felt really good. After the event, there eas veg biryani served. The staff sat together to eat. Many managers approached me and introduce themselves.

I didn't even realize how four flew by. Afterwards, we decided to visit the famous Mahalakshmi Temple in kolhapur. It was my first time in kolhapur, so I didn't know much about it. When we reached the temple, I felt truly peaceful. The temple was build do beautifully with such fine craftsmanship. It was very crowded, so we took darshan from outside.

We clicked some photos and after that, we ewnt to look at the famous kolhapuri chappals. I really wanted to buy a pair. I took a long time choosing, but finally, I bought a pair. I took off my heels and wore the chappal right away they were so comfortable.

Then we left because it was getting late. Ehile returning, two girls from the event who were also going to Satara joined us in our car. And guess what? They were very sweet and talked a lot with me. Normally, i'm quite introvert, but i felt really nice talking them.

We stopped at veg restaurants because i had dietary preference, and without question, everyone agreed to go just for me. That was really thoughtful.

Then we left for Satara. I was super tired, but i couldn't sleep. Finally we returned, and my sir drpped me home.

So that was my little trip to Kolhapur!
