A Long-Awaited Meet-up and a Memorable Dinner at Meraaj, Satara 

After so many years, i finally met one of my closest friends. We had been out of touch for a while, and through we used to be super close, life happened, and time flew. So, when we decided to finnaly catch up, i was filled with excitement and honestly, a little nervous too. It had been a long time.

We planned to ho out for dinner and chill. He come to pick me up right outside my society. The moment i saw him, it felt surreal like nothing had changed and yet everything had. As we drove through the calm streets of Satara, we talked nonstop catching up on old memories, laughing, and just feeling thag comfort of familiarity again.

He took me to Meraaj Restaurant in Satara. I had never been there before so it was my first time. The moment we reached, we parked the car and walked in and trust me, the place was beautiful. It had this classy vibe with just the rigjt amount of coziness. Since it was Sunday evening, it was quite crowded, but luckily, we got a seat without waiting too long.

We settled in, abd our conversation picked up right where we left off years ago "How have you been?", "What's new in life?" and the usual catching up tall that somewhere feels so special after years.

When it came time to order, he knows that i don't eat non-veg, so he sweetly ordered veg starters and the main menu for both of us. While we waited, we kept talking and, of course, took a bunch of pictures. The ambiance was just perfect for photos warm lighting, elegant decor, and that instagram worthy vibe that maked you want to capture the moment.

Soon, our food arrived and it was delicious. A little on the pricey side, maybe, but definitely worth it. The flavors, the presentation, everything was just top-notch. We also ordered mojito refreshing and just what we needed. By then, it had gotten a bit cold outside, so sipping on a chilled drink wasn't easy, but we managed!

After finishing up, we stepped out and wow, it was really cold! Since it was getting late, we decided to head home. He drop me home, but with hearts full of memories and smiles that lingered even after the nigjt ended.

This meet-up was not just a reunion it was a reminder of how pure friendships remain untouched by time and distance. And dining at Meraaj made it even more special.
